艾司西酞普蘭對(duì)抑郁癥患者的治療效果分析

【摘要】目的：評(píng)價(jià)艾司西酞普蘭（escitalopram oxalate，USAN）對(duì)抑郁癥的治療效果。方法：選擇2020年1月—2021年12月間入院治療的85例抑郁癥患者。按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組，觀察組43例，選擇USAN治療；參照組42例，選擇鹽酸氟西汀治療。對(duì)比兩組治療指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組的抑郁評(píng)分比較無差異（P>0.05）；治療后，觀察組的抑郁評(píng)分均低于參照組（P0.05）；治療后，相較于參照組，觀察組的炎癥因子水平均更低（P
