心理干預(yù)在圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者中的護理效果觀察

【摘要】目的：探討心理干預(yù)在圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者中的效果。方法：選取我院2021年1月—2023年12月的80例圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者，隨機將其分為兩組，每組40例。對照組采取常規(guī)護理，觀察組采取心理干預(yù)。比較兩組護理效果。結(jié)果：護理前，兩組的遵醫(yī)囑用藥能力、監(jiān)護癥狀能力、調(diào)整心態(tài)能力和保持健康行為能力評分比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護理后，兩組的遵醫(yī)囑用藥能力、監(jiān)護癥狀能力、調(diào)整心態(tài)能力和保持健康行為能力評分均明顯升高（P0.05）；護理后，兩組的精神、機體狀態(tài)、獨立性、環(huán)境關(guān)系和家庭支持評分均明顯升高（P

Observation on the nursing effect of psychological intervention in patients with perimenopausal syndrome

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of psychological intervention in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods：80 patients with perimenopausal syndrome from January 2021 to December 2023 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received psychological intervention.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in the scores of medication adherence ability，symptom monitoring ability，psychological adjustment ability and maintaining healthy behavior ability between the two groups （P>0.05）；After nursing，the scores of medication adherence ability，symptom monitoring ability，psychological adjustment ability and maintaining healthy behavior ability in both groups significantly increased （P0.05）；After nursing，the scores of psychological，physical status，independence，environmental relationships and family support in both groups significantly increased （P
