心理干預聯(lián)合臨床護理路徑對精神分裂癥患者睡眠質(zhì)量及精神癥狀的影響研究

【摘要】目的：研究和分析精神分裂癥患者采取心理干預聯(lián)合臨床護理路徑（CNP）對其睡眠質(zhì)量及精神癥狀的影響。方法：選取我院在2020年6月—2023年9月期間收治的42例精神分裂癥患者，按照隨機抽簽法將其分為觀察組（n=21，心理干預聯(lián)合CNP）和對照組（n=21，常規(guī)護理）。比較兩組的護理效果。結(jié)果：干預前，兩組PSQI各維度評分、陽性癥狀評分、陰性癥狀評分、一般精神病理評分和PANSS總分比較無差異（P>0.05）；干預后，兩組的上述評分均顯著下降，且觀察組上述評分均低于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the effects of psychological intervention combined with clinical nursing pathway （CNP） on sleep quality and mental symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods：42 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group （n=21，psychological intervention combined with CNP） and the control group （n=21，routine nursing） using a random drawing method.Comparison the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：Before intervention，there was no significant difference in PSQI scores，positive symptom scores，negative symptom scores，general psychopathology scores and PANSS total scores between the two groups （P>0.05）；After intervention，the above scores of both groups significantly decreased，and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P
