固腎保胎湯對(duì)先兆流產(chǎn)患者激素水平及癥狀緩解時(shí)間的影響分析

【摘要】目的：研析在先兆流產(chǎn)治療時(shí)，對(duì)患者施以固腎保胎湯的效果，以及對(duì)激素水平及癥狀緩解時(shí)間的影響。方法：收集2021年1月—2023年12月我院接收的80例先兆流產(chǎn)患者，以隨機(jī)數(shù)字方法分組，實(shí)施不同的治療，比較兩組激素水平、β-HCG水平、癥狀緩解時(shí)間、治療效果、不良反應(yīng)、SDS以及SAS評(píng)分。結(jié)果：治療后，相比對(duì)照組，研究組激素水平、β-HCG水平以及總有效率更高，SDS評(píng)分、SAS評(píng)分以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均更低，癥狀緩解時(shí)間更短（P

Analysis of the effect of Gushen Baotai decoction on hormone levels and symptom relief time in patients with threatened miscarriage

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of using Gushen Baotai decoction on patients with threatened miscarriage，as well as its impact on hormone levels and symptom relief time.Methods：80 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were collected，they were divided into groups using the random number method and implemented different treatments. The hormone levels，β-HCG levels，duration of symptom resolution，treatment effect，adverse reactions，SDS and SAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results：After treatment，compared with the control group，the levels of hormone，the levels of β-HCG and total effective rate in the study group were higher，the SDS score，SAS score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower，and the duration of symptom remission was shorter （P
