【摘要】目的：觀察益母草注射液聯(lián)合縮宮素預(yù)防多次剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血效果。方法：納入2020年10月—2021年9月我院多次剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)婦80例，隨機(jī)分為兩組，各40例，其中觀察組采用益母草注射液聯(lián)合縮宮素，對(duì)照組采用縮宮素。觀察兩組產(chǎn)后出血、并發(fā)癥及治療性干預(yù)情況。結(jié)果：本研究結(jié)果顯示，觀察組術(shù)后2h、24h出血量均低于對(duì)照組（P

隨著全面二孩和三孩政策的放開，多次剖宮產(chǎn)越來越多，這類產(chǎn)婦子宮下段存在疤痕，且常會(huì)伴有前置胎盤、胎盤植入、高齡等產(chǎn)后出血高危因素，產(chǎn)后出血的預(yù)防需加以重視，指南推薦縮宮素作為產(chǎn)后出血一線宮縮劑，但是縮宮素存在子宮下段收縮作用弱、作用時(shí)間短且受體飽和現(xiàn)象等不足，無法滿足多次剖宮產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后出血預(yù)防[1]。（剩余3535字）
