【摘要】目的：探討心理護理聯(lián)合產(chǎn)前綜合護理干預對初產(chǎn)婦分娩結局及抑郁焦慮狀態(tài)的影響。方法：選取我院80例初產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象，隨機分為對照組40例接受產(chǎn)前綜合護理，觀察組40例接受心理護理聯(lián)合產(chǎn)前綜合護理干預，比較兩組產(chǎn)婦分娩結局、抑郁焦慮狀態(tài)、自我效能評分等。結果：觀察組陰道分娩率為75.00%高于對照組的52.50%，剖宮產(chǎn)率為25.00%低于對照組的47.50%（P0.05）；護理后，觀察組PHQ-9評分、EPDS評分低于對照組（P

Analysis of psychological care combined prenatal comprehensive care intervention on primary delivery outcome and depression and anxiety status
