人性化護(hù)理對(duì)提升兒科依從率和滿意度的影響分析

【摘要】目的：探究?jī)嚎谱o(hù)理應(yīng)用人性化護(hù)理對(duì)護(hù)理滿意度、依從率及護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響。方法：按照數(shù)字隨機(jī)法將從我院兒科選取94例患兒作為護(hù)理研究對(duì)象，分為試驗(yàn)組（47例）與對(duì)照組（47例），對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，試驗(yàn)組實(shí)施人性化護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量、患兒依從率及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組病房管理評(píng)分和基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
