【摘要】目的：探究經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療良性卵巢腫瘤患者的臨床效果及對(duì)卵巢功能的影響。方法：以50例良性卵巢腫瘤患者為研究對(duì)象，平均分成兩組，參照組實(shí)施開腹剔除術(shù)，研究組實(shí)施經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡手術(shù)，對(duì)兩組治療效果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：研究組治療后炎癥指標(biāo)、術(shù)中出血量、手術(shù)時(shí)間、胃腸道恢復(fù)指標(biāo)、疼痛評(píng)分均優(yōu)于參照組（P
