【摘要】目的：探析品管圈在提升護(hù)理不良事件閉環(huán)管理效能中的應(yīng)用。方法：回顧性分析2020年5月—2021年9月期間我院發(fā)生的護(hù)理不良事件84例，其中品管圈活動(dòng)改進(jìn)前43例，品管圈活動(dòng)改進(jìn)后41例，比較改進(jìn)前后護(hù)理不良事件閉環(huán)管理效能。結(jié)果：改進(jìn)后護(hù)理不良事件整改措施落實(shí)率、及時(shí)結(jié)案率均高于改進(jìn)前（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application of quality control circle in improving the effectiveness of closed-loop management of nursing adverse events.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 84 cases of adverse nursing events that occurred in our hospital from May 2020 to September 2021，including 43 cases before the improvement of quality control circle activities，41 cases after improvement of quality control circle activities，comparison of the efficiency of closed-loop management of nursing adverse events before and after improvement.Results：The implementation rate of rectification measures and the timely closure rate of nursing adverse events after improvement were both higher than those before improvement（P
