【摘要】目的:探討重組教學(xué)在影像科護士培訓(xùn)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:需要根據(jù)影像??谱o理在工作性質(zhì)以及教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)置特征,按照權(quán)重的不同,將集中式教學(xué)法以及情境模擬教學(xué)法進行重組,并選取我院影像科31名護士參與本次的培訓(xùn)。結(jié)果:培訓(xùn)前后護士的護理質(zhì)量,培訓(xùn)前后考核指標(biāo),培訓(xùn)前后護士對培訓(xùn)的滿意率比較,均存在較大的差異(P

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the application effect of reorganization teaching in the training of nurses in imaging department.
