【摘要】目的：探析青年乳腺癌與絕經(jīng)后乳腺癌的病理特點(diǎn)。方法：選擇2018年10月—2021年9月在本院接受診治的22例青年乳腺癌患者（研究組）與21例絕經(jīng)后乳腺癌患者（對(duì)照組）為研究對(duì)象。評(píng)估兩組患者免疫組化結(jié)果、組織學(xué)分級(jí)與病理分期以及腫瘤組織分子亞型。結(jié)果：研究組患者HER-2陽(yáng)性率與Ki-67高表達(dá)率、病理Ⅲ期占比以及三陰型占比高于對(duì)照組，PR與ER陽(yáng)性率、組織學(xué)Ⅰ級(jí)占比、病理Ⅱ期占比以及Luminal A型占比低于對(duì)照組（P

Comparative analysis of pathological features between young breast cancer and postmenopausal breast cancer

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the pathological characteristics of young breast cancer and postmenopausal breast cancer.Methods：22 young breast cancer patients（study group）and 21 postmenopausal breast cancer patients（control group）were selected from October 2018 to September 2021.The results of immunohistochemistry，histological grade，pathological stage and molecular subtype of tumor tissue between the two groups were evaluated.Results：The positive rate of HER-2 and the high expression rate of Ki-67，the proportion of pathological phaseⅢ and triple negative type in the study group were higher than those in the control group，and the positive rate of PR and ER，the proportion of histological grade I，the proportion of pathological phase II and the proportion of Luminal type A in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P

乳腺癌在女性惡性腫瘤中發(fā)病率與致死率居首位，且年齡發(fā)病率存在雙峰發(fā)布特征，隨女性生活方式改變，該疾病發(fā)病率呈現(xiàn)年輕化趨勢(shì)，流行病學(xué)相關(guān)研究顯示，不同年齡階段該疾病患者惡性程度存在一定差異，因此，了解不同年齡階段該疾病患者病理特征對(duì)臨床采取有效治療具有重要意義[1]。（剩余2390字）
