兩種喂藥方法在新生兒黃疸喂服茵梔黃口服液中效果比較

【摘要】目的：兩種喂藥方法在新生兒黃疸口服茵梔黃中效果進(jìn)行比較。方法：通過(guò)對(duì)入住新生兒科的200例需要口服茵梔黃的黃疸患兒進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組，分成兩組，對(duì)照組（n=100）采用一次性5mL注射器喂藥，觀察組（n=100）采用一次性奶嘴輔助一次性注射器喂藥，對(duì)比兩組黃疸患兒的反應(yīng)、喂藥時(shí)間等方面的差異。結(jié)果：觀察組黃疸患兒?jiǎn)芸?、嘔吐、溢藥等發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組，喂藥所需時(shí)間較對(duì)照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To compare the effects of two drug feeding methods in oral Yinzhihuang for neonatal jaundice. Methods：200 children with jaundice who needed oral Yinzhihuang were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n=100） was fed with a disposable 5mL syringe， and the observation group （n=100） was fed with a disposable pacifier assisted with a disposable syringe. The differences in reaction and feeding time between the two groups were compared. Results：The incidence of choking， vomiting and drug overflow in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the time of drug feeding was shorter than that in the control group（P

新生兒黃疸是由于膽紅素（主要是未結(jié)合膽紅素）在體內(nèi)積聚引起皮膚黏膜、鞏膜的黃染，其發(fā)病原因很多，分為生理性和病理性；如治療不及時(shí)，血中未結(jié)合膽紅素過(guò)高，會(huì)發(fā)生膽紅素腦病，導(dǎo)致患兒死亡或嚴(yán)重后遺癥，故應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)新生兒黃疸的臨床觀察，盡快找出原因，及時(shí)治療[1]，護(hù)理人員應(yīng)加強(qiáng)觀察和護(hù)理。（剩余4530字）
