【摘 要】目的：研究并評價盆底三維超聲在產(chǎn)后早期壓力性尿失禁中的應用價值。方法：篩選本院2020年1月至2021年9月收治的產(chǎn)后壓力性尿失禁患者120例作為尿失禁組，同期選擇產(chǎn)后無尿失禁產(chǎn)婦120例作為對照組，采用盆底三維超聲觀察與記錄患者的盆底結構與功能狀況。結果：尿失禁組靜息狀態(tài)下盆底三維超聲盆膈裂孔橫徑、縱徑、面積各參數(shù)值均大于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study and evaluate the application value of pelvic floor three-dimensional ultrasound in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods： A total of 120 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the urinary incontinence group. At the same time， 120 patients without postpartum incontinence were selected as the control group. Three-dimensional ultrasound observation and recording of the pelvic floor were used.
