健康教育及心理護(hù)理在產(chǎn)后出血護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘 要】目的：分析在產(chǎn)后出血患者的護(hù)理工作中開展健康教育及心理護(hù)理干預(yù)所產(chǎn)生的效果。方法：篩選50例在我院分娩的產(chǎn)后出血患者（就診時(shí)間：2020年1月至2021年3月）隨機(jī)分為兩組，25例/組（觀察組和對(duì)照組）。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施健康教育聯(lián)合心理護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果、出血量。結(jié)果：觀察組患者24h出血量（1038.42±181.34）ml、SDS評(píng)分（31.94±4.05）分、SAS評(píng)分（39.64±4.41）分明顯低于對(duì)照組（1376.25±206.82）ml、（42.82±4.62）分、（47.74±5.25）分，健康知識(shí)掌握度（95.34±4.61）分明顯高于對(duì)照組（84.25±4.62）分（P

Application value of health education and psychological nursing in nursing care of postpartum hemorrhage

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effects of health education and psychological nursing intervention in the nursing work of patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods： Screen 500 patients with postpartum hemorrhage （visit time： January 2020 to March 2021） and randomly divide them into 2 groups， 250 cases/group （observation group and control group）. The control group carried out routine nursing， and the observation group carried out health education combined with psychological nursing. The nursing effect and bleeding volume of the two groups were compared.
