環(huán)孢素軟膠囊聯(lián)合阿維A膠囊對(duì)銀屑病的治療效果及VEGF、IFN-γ、PASI分析

【摘 要】目的：分析針對(duì)銀屑病的治療中使用環(huán)孢素軟膠囊和阿維A膠囊的效果。方法：選取在本院就診的80例銀屑病患者，經(jīng)隨機(jī)數(shù)字抽選法分組后，予以對(duì)照組（40例）環(huán)孢素軟膠囊治療，觀察組（40例）環(huán)孢素軟膠囊聯(lián)合阿維A膠囊治療，比較兩組治療前后VEGF、IFN-γ、PASI評(píng)分變化及治療有效率。結(jié)果：兩組患者治療前VEGF、IFN-γ、PASI評(píng)分對(duì)比結(jié)果無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P>0.05）；治療12周后，觀察組的以上指標(biāo)水平下降（95.45±10.25 ng/ml、9.45±1.65 ng/ml、5.31±1.29分），且明顯低于對(duì)照組（118.54±15.58 ng/ml、13.05±2.17 ng/ml、7.69±1.54分）（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effects of cyclosporine soft capsules and acitretin capsules in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods： Select 80 patients with psoriasis in our hospital， grouped by random number selection， and treated with cyclosporine soft capsule in the control group （40 cases）， cyclosporine soft capsule combined with acitretin capsule in the observation group （40 cases）， compare the changes of VEGF， IFN-γ， PASI scores and the effective rate of treatment between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The comparison results of VEGF， IFN-γ and PASI scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically different（P>0.05）； after 12 weeks of treatment， the levels of the above indicators in the observation group（95.45±10.25 ng/ml， 9.45±1.65 ng /ml， 5.31±1.29 points） decreased， and significantly lower than the control group （118.54±15.58 ng/ml， 13.05±2.17 ng/ml， 7.69±1.54 points）（P

銀屑病屬于慢性炎癥性皮膚疾病的一種，且較為常見，其臨床癥狀主要為有銀白色鱗屑的皮膚紅斑，全身均可發(fā)病，病程漫長，癥狀可在反復(fù)性發(fā)作后加劇，且癥狀發(fā)作具有季節(jié)性特征，且臨床表現(xiàn)類型多樣，尚無法根治，故現(xiàn)階段治療主要傾向于對(duì)患者病情的緩解，減少復(fù)發(fā)次數(shù)，促進(jìn)病情的恢復(fù)[1-2]。（剩余3042字）
