【摘 要】目的：探討分階段康復(fù)護(hù)理對腦卒中后偏癱患者運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的影響。方法：100例腦卒中后偏癱患者采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法均分為兩組，各50例，對照組接受常規(guī)康復(fù)護(hù)理，研究組接受分階段康復(fù)護(hù)理，比較兩組的肢體運(yùn)動(dòng)功能及日常生活能力變化、干預(yù)后的生活質(zhì)量及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，研究組的Fugl-Meyer評分（上肢+下肢）和對照組相比有了顯著的升高，并且Barthel指數(shù)也是升高的（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on the motor function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods： 100 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were divided into two groups by random number table method， each with 50 cases. 腦卒中是因急性腦血管循環(huán)障礙使局部腦組織出現(xiàn)局灶性功能缺損所致的一種腦血管疾病，近年來，我國的醫(yī)療技術(shù)發(fā)展取得了較大的進(jìn)步，因而發(fā)生腦卒中死亡的概率已經(jīng)有了一定程度的減少，但實(shí)踐證實(shí)，大多腦卒中性存在進(jìn)入康復(fù)期后常伴有偏癱癥狀，會給患者的運(yùn)動(dòng)和日常生活帶來較大的影響，若未進(jìn)行積極有效的康復(fù)護(hù)理則可導(dǎo)致運(yùn)動(dòng)功能喪失，使生活質(zhì)量急劇下降[1]。（剩余3453字）
