【摘 要】目的：探討不同麻醉方式對(duì)老年全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者康復(fù)結(jié)局的影響。方法：選取我院收治的67例老年全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)患者（2019.1-2021.1），選擇隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分組模式，對(duì)照組33例患者接受全身麻醉，研究組34例患者接受腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉，比較兩組患者手術(shù)及麻醉相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：兩組患者的各項(xiàng)手術(shù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)水平接近（P>0.05）；研究組患者各項(xiàng)麻醉恢復(fù)相關(guān)指標(biāo)（6.13±1.82、14.02±2.58、21.18±3.97、57.22±3.65、15.48±3.26 min）均顯著短于對(duì)照組（8.62±1.73、16.63±3.47、25.66±4.28、73.14±4.79、18.04±3.17 min）；研究組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為8.82%，顯著低于對(duì)照組的30.30%（P

The influence of different anesthesia methods on the rehabilitation outcome of elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the influence of different anesthesia methods on the rehabilitation outcome of elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods： 67 elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty （2019.1-2021.1） in our hospital were selected， and the random number table grouping model was selected. 33 patients in the control group received general anesthesia， and 34 patients in the study group received combined spinal-epidural anesthesia. The related indexes of surgery and anesthesia and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The levels of various surgical-related indexes of the two groups of patients were close （P>0.05）； the various indexes related to anesthesia recovery of the study group （6.13±1.82， 14.02±2.58， 21.18±3.97， 57.22±3.65， 15.48±3.26 min） were all significantly shorter than the control group （8.62±1.73， 16.63±3.47， 25.66±4.28， 73.14±4.79， 18.04±3.17 min）； the complication rate of the study group was 8.82%， which was significantly lower than the control group’s 30.30%（P

髖關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)常見(jiàn)于髖關(guān)節(jié)疾病治療，在股骨頸骨折、骨關(guān)節(jié)炎、股骨頭壞死方面的治療效果均已被臨床認(rèn)可，由于老年人是一類(lèi)特殊群體，因此在面對(duì)此類(lèi)手術(shù)時(shí)需科學(xué)選擇麻醉方式，在保證手術(shù)順利進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)上最大限度降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，促進(jìn)麻醉恢復(fù)，保證患者自身安全[1-2]。（剩余2996字）
