數(shù)字經(jīng)濟背景下齊齊哈爾市農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務效能提升路徑研究

摘要：網(wǎng)絡信息時代，數(shù)字經(jīng)濟迎來了前所未有發(fā)展，在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟背景下，如何通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與模式變革提升農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務效能，成為當前農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程中的重要課題。齊齊哈爾市作為黑龍江省的重要農(nóng)業(yè)大市，其農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務體系的完善與效能提升，對于推動農(nóng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展、促進農(nóng)民增收具有重要意義。

Research on the Path to Enhance the Efficiency of Agricultural SocializedServices in Qiqihar under the Background of Digital Economy

Abstract：In the era of network information，the digital economy has ushered in unprecedented development.Against the backdrop of the digital economy，how to improve the efficiency of agricultural socialized services through technological innovation and model transformation has become an important issue in the current process of agricultural modernization.Qiqihar，as an important agricultural city in Heilongjiang Province，the improvement and effectiveness of its agricultural social service system is of great significance for promoting high-quality agricultural development and increasing farmers’ income.
