高職院校會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的困境與對(duì)策分析

——基于某高職院校的實(shí)證調(diào)查

摘 要：頂崗實(shí)習(xí)是高職院校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的重要環(huán)節(jié)，由于會(huì)計(jì)崗位的特殊性，多以分散自主實(shí)習(xí)為主，因此學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)過程中難免存在一些困惑。本文以某高職院校的會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)學(xué)生為例，分別從實(shí)習(xí)組織、實(shí)習(xí)管理、實(shí)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)、實(shí)習(xí)滿意度等方面進(jìn)行分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的困境并提出解決措施。

Analysis of the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of

Internship for Accounting Majors in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Internship is an important part of cultivating students’ practical abilities in vocational colleges.Due to the special nature of the accounting position，it is mainly focused on dispersed and autonomous internships，so students are inevitably confused during the internship process.This article takes accounting students from a certain vocational college as an example to analyze the difficulties in internship organization，management，evaluation，and satisfaction，and proposes solutions.
