新時代高水平專業(yè)群就業(yè)育人體系的實踐探索研究

摘 要：文章針對國家經(jīng)濟“三期疊加”和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級背景下的高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題，材料成型專業(yè)群圍繞學(xué)生技術(shù)技能成長過程中不同時期的不同需求，探索形成了“五融入五階段”就業(yè)育人體系，提高了畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)和擇業(yè)能力。

Practical Exploration on the Employment Education System of

High level Specialty Groups in the New Era

Abstract：Aiming at the employment problem of vocational college graduates under the background of national economic “three-phase superposition”，the article explores the employment education system of “five integration and five stages” based on the different needs of the material molding specialty groups in different periods during the skill growth process，which has improved graduates’ ability to find and choose jobs.
