Abstract:Under the context of vocational and general education integration,cultivating profesional core competencies among upgraded bachelor'sstudents in application-orienteduniversities has become imperative. Vocational core competencies are characterized by adaptability,comprehensiveness,and essentiality.Current educational practices reveal three prominent issues:overemphasis on technical skils at the expense of holistic competencies,prioritization of theoretical knowledge over practical application,and disproportionate focus on institutional actors rather thancollborative partnerships.This study proposes a multidimensional pathway to address these challenges through:1) establishing an integrated vocational-academic embedded training system, 2)optimizing instructional design with competency-based learning frameworks,3) enhancing resource synergy
