Abstract:Teachers’colege students represent a crucial talent pool for national education development.Under the new circumstances,these students face dual chalenges of high-quality educational development and structural adjustments.To meet the demands of basic education in Beijing,application-orienteduniversities have strengthened University-Govermment-School/Kindergarten (U-G-S)collaboration in employment guidance.This approach enhances inter-departmental coordination,implements categorized employment guidance,fosters teacherstudent interaction,and improves students’employability.In response to evolving teacher workforce demands, application-oriented universities should further strengthen the linkage mechanism connecting student recruitment, training,and employment. This includes deepening reforms in the“New Teacher Education” talent cultivation model and developing precision-targeted employment guidance systems.
