Abstractbective]Toaalyeteoleoforiollini(Ejia)adEjpeptideinoxidatiestressijuyofscularedothelialcels andthemechanismoftheirrole.[Metod]Themodelofhumanumbilicalveinendothelialcellinjuryinducedbyhydrogenperoxide( ) wasestablishedTetsofEjaodEjapeptideontesurvialateofumanmblcalvendothelialcs(HUVEC)beforeadfter modelingweredteedbyCCK-8eeectsofEjandEjaopeptideonthactitiesofcellsuperoxidedsmutase(SOD)glutatioepe oxidase(GSH-px),lactatedehydrogenase(LDH)andtecontentsofalondialdehde(MDA)ascuarendthelialgrowthfctor(EGF), interleuki-6(-6)ricide(NO)reded.esultEdEpeptidouldectivelyproteeproliferatiodo of HUVEC,and could effectively resist the proliferation inhibition caused by oxidative injury. Ejiao and Ejiao peptide could significantly inhibit the excessive production of MDA and LDH, Ejiao could significantly increase the enzyme activity of GSH-px,Ejiao peptidecouldsignificantlyincreasetheexpressonlvelofSODandrepirteoidativeijuyofHUVCBothEjiaoadEjapeptideould effectivelyproefyulardolpottsdelalfucioteeoVGy vascularendoelialelluceotf6ooteogsisduceatoactoocisf EjiaoandEjioeptideducinoidativestressofECabelatedtprovingcellgrowhndproliferatiohncingeltioidantenzymeactivityrotigtexpresiofsredoelialgowthfctorandprootigtesetioofbasadelal cells.
