AbstractIdetaaticesofchooC),-chol(-,co, DCP),2,6-dilropl(2-C),nd-dlo-C)obfsbste-statcosueoda to studytheacuteand chronic toxicityof dichlorophenolsonzebrafish embryos.Theresultsshowedthattheacutetoxicity(96 h )of 3,4- DCP,2,5-DCP,3,5-DCP,2,6-DCP,and 2,3-DCP on zebrafish embryos was 0.31,0.36,0.47,0.53 and ,respectively.The highest no observedeffeccoctration(NOEC)of3,4CP,2-CP,3,-DCP,26-CP,and2-CPozebrafshebrysafer32dofee was15,24,24,38 and ,respectively.The above research showed that dichlorophenols showed certain toxic effects on zebrafish embryos and embryonic development.
