Abstract：Theimmunomodulatory，repair，andregeneration-promotingfunctionsofmesenchmalstemcelsmakethemoneofthe potentialtreatmentmethodsforliverdiseases.Atpresent，viralandnon-viraldeliverymethodshavebeendevelopedtogeneticaly modify mesenchyalstemcels，ndgenemodificationcanpromote thesurvival，oming，andcyokinesecretionofmesenchal stemcell，therebyenhancingtheabilityof mesenchymal stemcellstotreatliverdiseases.Thisarticlemainlysummarizes the researchadvancesingene-modifiedmesenchyalstemcelsinthetreatmentofliverdiseases，nordertoprovidenewinsightsand strategies for theclinical treatment of liver diseases.
