Abstract:Theimmunomodulatory,repair,andregeneration-promotingfunctionsofmesenchmalstemcelsmakethemoneofthe potentialtreatmentmethodsforliverdiseases.Atpresent,viralandnon-viraldeliverymethodshavebeendevelopedtogeneticaly modify mesenchyalstemcels,ndgenemodificationcanpromote thesurvival,oming,andcyokinesecretionofmesenchal stemcell,therebyenhancingtheabilityof mesenchymal stemcellstotreatliverdiseases.Thisarticlemainlysummarizes the researchadvancesingene-modifiedmesenchyalstemcelsinthetreatmentofliverdiseases,nordertoprovidenewinsightsand strategies for theclinical treatment of liver diseases.
