Abstract： Byusing the method ofliterature，expert interviewand logical analysis，taking the public course of tennis in collges anduniversitiesas the object，according to thecharacteristics of the tennis project，digging theideological and political elements of the courseof tennis，and puting forward such strategies as seting upthecourse ideological and political team，establishing the case base，enriching teaching methods and updating teaching equipment，compiling textbooks，Outlines，plans and teaching plans to promote the ideological and politicalconstruction of the publiccourseof sports. And design the tennis course teaching objectives，teaching content and evaluation methods.
