體育教師的污名化現(xiàn)象及地位提升策略研究

Abstract： This paper analyzes the causes and effects of PE Teachers'stigmatizationby means of literature and logical analysis，and summarizes the ways to improve the status of PE teachers，inorder to promote the development of PE teachers.Theresearch shows that stigmatizationreflects thediscriminationand prejudiceof thepublicagainst PE teachers;It does great harm to physical education teachers，frustrates the status and work enthusiasm of physical education teachers，and hinders the growth ofphysical education teachers.Allphysical education teachersand the whole society should payattention to it and make joint efforts to improve it.Research and put forward improvement countermeasures： （1） face up to the phenomenonof stigmatization and build a harmonious external environment; （2） Establish acomprehensive view of educational ethics; （3）Strengthen the protection oflaws and regulations for physical education teachers; （4） Improve the comprehensive quality of physical education teachers and reconstruct their image.
