Abstract： Inorder to speed upthe spread ofChina's traditionalnational sports，the paperadopts the methodofliterature and expert interviews tosortoutthedevelopment environment of China's traditional national sportsand clarify the motivation，path and strategyof digital transformation ofChina's traditional national sports.The research shows that the colectionof textinformation，digitalimageinformationandemotional informationof nationaltraditional sportscan provide strong text wisdom，image sportswisdom and psychological sports wisdom for digital transformation;The digital transformation of China's national traditional sports focuses on the immersive experience of new media in form， speeds up the global communication proces in scope，and increases interactivityand innovation in content; The digital transformation of national traditional sports is a dynamic process of continuous integration and development.
