Abstract： As anew economic form，digital economyis an important engine to upgrade thestructure ofsports events toa higherlevel ofsupplyanddemand adaptation.Byusing the methodsofliterature review and logical analysis，this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of supply and demand adaptation of sports events driven by digital economy：basic connotation，theoreticalframework，potential releaseanddynamicadaptation，etc.，reveals the mechanismofdigital economy helping sports events tochange their power，eficiencyandquality，andcomprehensivelyconsidersthat the positioning of supply and demand adaptation of sports events driven by digital economy is vague in digital economy transformation;The core technologyof digital economy is weak; Thedata resource miningof sports events is not sufficint; Theshortageoftalents indigital technologyapplicationandother practicaldificulties，andaccordinglyput forward the wayto relieve it，thatis，torelease the value of digital economy transformation insports events; Strengthen the coretechnology of digital economy to attack and innovate; Improve the accuracy of data collction of sports events; Improve the training mode of digital economy professionals.
