毛澤東“文明其精神，野蠻其體魄”體育思想時代價值解讀

Abstract： On April1，1917，Mao Zedong published his first paper onPhysical Education in new youth，researchon physicaleducation，which put forward the viewpoint of "civilizing the spirit and barbarizing the physique".Mao Zedong's physical education thought was initially formed.Theessence of his view isto promote the national wil throughthe improvementof national physique，andultimatelychange thefateofthe country.Therefore，this paper takes Mao Zedong's sports thought as the object，uses the methodof literature and logical reasoning，explores theoriginof Mao Zedong's thought from thre aspects： the background of the times，the theoretical roots and Mao Zedong's personal experience，and analyzes the main contentand essence of his thought.Based onthis，it focuseson the analysis ofthe historical value ofMao Zedong'ssports thought before thereform and openingup，as wellas thevalueand significance under the background of the new era of socialism.
