Abstract：Withtheincreasingnationalemphasisonhigh-qualityagriculturaldevelopment，theconceptofnew-quality productiveforcesproposedbyGeneralSecretaryXiJinpinghasprovidedacleardirectionforthedevelopmentoftheagricultural sector.Againstthisbackdrop，theimplementationoftheThirdNationalSoilCensushascreatedanopportunityfortheteaching reformofthecourseSoilAgricultural ChemistryAnalysisExperiment.Byanalyzingtheexistingproblemsinthecurrntcourse， thisstudyexplorestheteachingreformmeasuresimplementedbyYangzhou Universityinthecontextofnew-qualityproductive forces，takingtheThirdNational SoilCensusasanoportunity.Theaimistoimprovetheteachingqualityofthecourse， enhancestudents‘practicalabiliesandinovativespirit，andprovidestrongsupportforcultivatinghighlyqualifiedtalents capable of meeting the demands of modern agricultural development.
