“噸半糧”產(chǎn)能釋放與鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)振興耦合協(xié)調(diào)研究

——以山東省齊河縣為例

Abstract：Underthedualstrategicframeworkofensuringfodsecurityandpromotingruralrevitalization，itisofgreat practical significancetobuildacordinateddevelopmentmechanismthatreleases"ton-and-a-halfgrain"productioncapacityand revitalizesruralindustries.Thispaperusestheentropymethodandthecoupledcordinationdegreemodelasanalyticaltolsto systematicallystudytheintensityoftheinteractionandtheoveralltrendofcordinateddevelopmentbetweenthetwomajorareas of "ton-and- a -half grain"productioncapacityreleaseandruralindustrialrevitalization between2016and2O23.Theresearch results show that：From 2016 to2O23，the degreeofcouplingand cordination between thereleaseof "ton-and- a -halfgrain" productioncapacityandtherevitalizationofruralindustriesisO.26-0.74，andthedegreeofcordinationhaschangedfromthe intialmoderateimbalancetothfinalintermediatecoordination.However，therevitalizationanddevelopmentofuralidustries havenotyetreachedtheidealstate，indicatingthatthereleaseofproductioncapacityhasacertainefectonpromotingthe revitalizationofruralindustries，butthepowerisinsuficientandtheremaybeaseriesofobstaclesintheprocssofproduction capacityconversion.Basedontheresearchresults，itisnecesarytoproposeaseriesofpolicydevelopmentsuggestionsto enhance rural industrial revitalization and production capacity release.
