Abstract：Asanimportantforceinruralrevitalization，newfarmersareanewforceinthedevelopmentof modern agriculture.Theyusetheiruniquedevelopmentconceptsandpracticalcapabilitiestocontributetothedevelopmentoftherural economy.ThisarticletakesWeiningpotatoesasanexampletohelpthedevelopmentofnewfarmersinGuizhouandpromote ruralrevitalization.Weiningpotatoesaretheoverlordamongpotatoes.Theyarepopularamongthepublicfortheirlargesize， highyield，excelentqualityandgoodtaste.Inthecontextoftodays"InternetPlus"，throughTiktok，Kuaishoushortview frequencybroadcastingandpromotionof Weining potato，wecanbuildaplatformforknowingandhelping"farmers"，providea promotinandsalesplatformforWeiningpotato，anewfarmer'sproduct，andpublicizethe"newfarmer'splan".Wecanhelp thepublicunderstandtheconceptof"newfarmers"，promotetheimplementationofthe"newfarmers”planinGuizhou，and further promote theRural Revitalization Strategy，soas tobuilda harmonious，beautifuland happynewcountryside.
