Abstract：Guidedbytheconceptsof livable，suitableforindustry，andbeautifulruralconstruction，thispaperbuildsan evaluationindicatorsystemforruralconstructionfromfivedimensions：prosperousindustryecologicallivable，civilizedrural customs，efectivegovernanceandafluentlife，andfurtherrefinesthespecificindicatorsundereachdimensionBasedonthe comprehensiveevaluationmethodandthefuzycomprehensiveevaluationmethod，weconductedaquantitativeevaluationof the rural construction of Hemei in Sichuan Province，and put forward corresponding policy suggestions.
