Abstract：Theenclosuregovernanceisthemostcost-efectivemethodtopromotethesustainabledevelopmentofrural tourism.Atpresent，therearesomeproblemsinthedevelopmentofruraltourismintheDashanbeiareaonthewestbankof the LijiangRiverinGuilin，suchasexcesiveuseofresources，thedisappearanceof traditionalrurallandscapes，andthelackof regionalharacteristicsintoursmprojects.Thereasonliesinthelackofatentiontothetraditionalclosuresystem，thelackof marketsensitivityofvilagers，andthelackofsustainableruralproductionmode.Therefore，startingfromthesocial-ecologicaleconomicsustainabledevelopment system，weshouldnotonlyre-examineandatach importancetotheenclosuresystemand cultivatenewprofesionalfarmersbutalsopayatentiontothecooinationandunityofresoucedevelopmentandeviroental protection，and at thesame time give full play torural characteristics andinnovaterural production models.
