Abstract：Asanewruralgovermancemechanism，，thepointssystemisaninovativemeasuretoimprovetherural governancesystemthatcombinesautonomy，ruleoflaw，andruleofvirtue.EachvllageinHushuStret，NanjingCityhas inovativelyadoptedthefamilyintegitypointsystem，takingfamilyintegrityasthefootholdandpointcalculationasthcarrier tofullystimulatethegoverancevitalitywithinthecountryside.Atthesametime，inviewofthecurentproblemssuchas dificultyinincreasingparticipationigidctiviyfors，lowtransparencyandlackoffundsinheimplementationprocofte familyintegritypointssystem，wemustalsoexplorediversifiedoperatingmethodsandoptimizedpathsfordigitallyempowering primary-levelgoveranceinthefuture，soastopromotethemodernizationofprimary-levelgovemancesystemsandgoverance capabilities.
