Abstract:Asacommonlyusedadvanced treatment proces,theoperating principleofhigh-effciencysedimentation tanks isakeyconcern inthe watertreatment industry.At present,researchoneficientsedimentationtanksathomeandabroad mainly focusesonthe selectionanddosage oflocculantsand coagulants,reactionresidence time and otherparameters, however,thereisstillalackofresearchontheinfluenceof mixingandstiring hydraulicparametersonthecoagulationand sedimentationefect.Takingasewage treatmentplantinHaikoucityastheresearchbject,theinfluenceof thevelocity gradientandcirculatingflow state formedbytheflocculationsectionstiringontheoperating efectis investigatedthrough simulationexperimentsand hydraulic models.Research has found thatbychanging the shapeof the flocculationagitator andincreasingtheheightoftheflocculationguidetube,theflowstateinthereactiontankcanbeoptimized,andthevelocity gradientand circulationmultiplesofwatervolume increasehavebeen enhanced.Aftertheimplementationoftherenovation, thetreatmenteficiencyissignificantlyimproved,andthetotalphosphorusconcentrationintheefluentdecreasesby7.69 % , asa phosphorus removal agent,the consumption of polyaluminum chloride decreases by 8.83% :
