Research on The Influence of Blank Value Processing on the Measurement Results in Soil Fluoride Monitoring

Abstract：The fluoride content in soil composition standard substances GBW07449（GSS-20）and GBW07389（GSS-33） was determined using ionselectiveelectrodemethod，andthelogarithmicelectrodepotentialstandardcurveoffluorideion concentration was ploted.During thecalculation process，one groupdoes notsubtract the blank value while theother group does.The impactofblank valueprocesing onthe measurementresultsisanalyzed.Theresults showedthatthe measured valuesobtainedwithoutreducing the blank wereclosetothestandard concentration，whilethe measuredvaluesobtained with reducing the blank were significantly lower than the standard concentration.
