Abstract：Theregulation ofland usecarbonemissions plays acrucial roleinachievingthe“dual carbon”goals.Taking Fujian province asa typical case study，this research systematically accounts for andanalyzes thespatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of land usecarbon budgetin Fujian province basedon multi-period landuse and energy consumptiondatafrom2005to2020using thecoeficient method.Theresults indicatethatfrom2005 to2020，F(xiàn)ujian province experienced significant growth incarbon emisions while maintaining relatively stablecarbonsequestrationlevels. Thecoastal urbanagglomerationsdemonstrated substantially highercarbon emission intensitycompared to inlandregions， with the Fuzhou-Quanzhou economic belt emerging as the primary emision hotspot.These findings provide theoretical support and scientific basis for formulating diferentiated regional low-carbon development policies.
