Study on the Co-Firing of Pressurized Bubbling Fluidized Bed Sludge with Semi-Coke

Abstract: Inorder tounderstand theemission characteristicsand incinerationresiduecompositionof pressurized bubbling fluidizedbed incineration fluegas,asmall-scale experimentof sludge incineration is conductedbyusing sludge froma sewage treatmentplantinXi'ancity.Semi-cokeismixed intosludge toprepare three typesofmixed sludge (numbered MS1,MS2,MS3),theirmissioncharacteristicsofincinerationfluegasarecompared,andX-RayFuorescence(Fis used todeterminethematerial compositionof theresidue inthe incinerator.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatwhen the calorific value of the mixed sludge is 3500~4500kJ/kg ,it burns fully in the experimental device,and the operating temperatureofeach partof theincineratorcanbe maintainedabovethesettemperature.Thedetectionresultsoftheonline flue gas analyzer show that when the mixed sludge is stably burned, the O2 content can be reduced to a minimum of 5% ,the CO content can reach a maximum of 52mg/m3 ,the nitrogen oxide (NOx) content remains stable at 30~100mg/m3 ,and the (20 SO2 content can reach a maximum of about 60mg/m3 .The XRF measurement results indicate that the main components of the residue in the incinerator are alkaline earth aluminosilicates (MgSixAlyOz, CaSixAl,O, etc.),alkali metal aluminosilicates (204 (NaSi,AlyOz, (204 KSixAlyOz. ,etc.),and iron metal aluminosilicates (FeSixAlOz).
