Study on Hazardous Waste Identification Technology for Packaging Containers and Contents of Waste Mineral Oil in Environmental Incidents

Abstract:Wastemineraloilbelongs tohazardous waste(referred toasHW),and inenvironmental incidents,the identificationofhazardouswasteinitspackagingcontainersandcontents iscrucial.Using three typicalillgalwastemieral oil packagingcontainersandtheircontents inecologicalenvironmentlawenforcementasidentificationobjects,hazardous wasteidentificationiscarriedoutonthesamplesthroughon-siteinvestigation,samplecollection,anddetectionanalysis, and the identification technology route is analyzed.For' I1 waste packaging container,according to the National Hazardous WasteList (2O25Edition),itis directly classified as hazardous waste;sampling is conducted on the T2 waste packaging container,with prioritygiventodetecting thetotalamountofpetroleumhydrocarbonsandtheclosedcupflash point,due tothedetectionresultsexceedingthestandard,itisclasifiedashazardouswaste;traceabilitynalysis isconductedon theT waste packagingcontainer,butdueto limitedtraceability information,itdoes notmeetthe identification criteria.In summary, T1 and T2 waste packaging containers belong to hazardous waste,and the identification results provide technical guidance for ecological environment protection and relevant legal enforcement.
