Abstract: Campus culture is a core component of the educational mision of "cultivating morality and nurturing talents"inuniversities.Thearticleexplores howtoeficiently integrateLuoyang'sredresources intocampus culture in the digitalage,and promote the inheritance and innovation of these resources through digital technology.The purpose is to break throughthetraditional model ofconstructing campus culture inuniversities,achieveadeep integrationof "digital technologyandcampus culture",create an immersive educational environment,and shape a uniquecampus culture brand.The article proposes to fulltap into the potential of digitalization,closely met the needs of students, continuously innovate the integration path of red resources,and design communication strategies from multiple dimensions.At the same time, it emphasizes the need for continuous equal communication and interaction, and through strengthening situational construction,encourages collge students to transform from information receivers to informationdisseminators.Itissuggestedto furtherdeveloptheredculturalresources inLuoyang,andenhance the attractiveness of new media red cultural content through resource integration and coordinated linkage.
