Abstract： This article focuses on the quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied universities in Guangxi.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation，diagnosis of existing problems，exploration of how toreconstruct the evaluation system that integrates big data technology，and attempts to propose innovative countermeasures. Intended to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the qualityof innovation and entrepreneurship education in local appied universities in Guangxi，promote innovation and entrepreneurship education inuniversities to beter meet the needs of the times，and assst in the implementation of regional innovation driven development strategies.
