Abstract： As an important component of communication infrastructure， the quality improvement and optimization of communication poles and lines are of great significance for ensuring the stability and security of communication networks，optimizing network coverage，promoting high-quality socio-economic development， and promoting the development of digital livelihood services.The quality controland optimization strategies of communication poles and lines are becoming increasingly important.Special pole andline rectification can be carried out to improve the quality of poles and lines，enhance user experience，optimize resources and reduce redundant construction through joint construction and sharing，and promote socio-economic development.
