Abstract： This article interprets the demand for talent cultivation in new quality productivity，namely innovation， qualityimprovement， and productivity enhancement. Specific countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of revolutionarybreakthroughs inscienceandtechnology，innovativeallcationofproductionfactors，anddeep transfoation andupgrading of industries.The future trendofvocationaleducationpromoting talentcultivation innewqualityproductivity is also discussed，aiming toprovide newideasanddirections for thereformanddevelopmentofvocationaleducation.
