Abstract：With therapid development ofbig data technology，traditionaldatacenters have found it difficult to meet the demands of storing， managing and processing masive amounts of data.As a new generation of information infrastructure，thesmartcloud datacentercanachieve highlyflexible datascheduling and intellgent operationand maintenancemanagementbasedoncloudcomputing，InternetofThings，virtualizationandother technologies，thereby providing enterprises with a secure，efficient and scalable cloud service platform.This article mainly analyzes the connotationand compositionof the smart cloud data center and proposes specificconstruction strategies，with the aim of providing practical and feasible solutions for the digital transformation of enterprises.
