Abstract： In the context of digitalization and dual carbon transformation，benchmarking against world-class standards，this article deeply considers theconnotation and constraints of paperless transformation inenterprises， based on OCR RPA，Through the use of inteligent technologies such as electronic signatures，mobile internet，and blockchain，in-depth research has been conducted on the paperless work of enterprise finance.Measures such as building a paperlessapplicationplatform，connecting document carrier processbreakpoints，constructing intellient archive venues，and expanding professional archives have been taken to carryout innovative practices of paperless enterprise finance and assist in the digital transformation of enterprises.
