Abstract： Effective early warning of ofshore oil hazardous chemical accidents can identify potential risks in advance，take emergency measures，reduce the probabilityof accidents，minimize the damage caused by accidents， protectthe marine environment，reduce economic losses，and ensure public safety.The article improves the support vector machine model by combining different kernel functions in a weighted manner and using the AdaBoost algorithm to improve its prediction performance.Through empirical testing，ithas been proven to effectively improve the performance of accident warning.
