水果果實中有機酸檢測方法研究進展
摘 要:有機酸是衡量水果風味和營養(yǎng)品質(zhì)的重要指標,有機酸的分析測定對水果的營養(yǎng)評價和加工利用具有重要意義。本文介紹了水果果實中有機酸的檢測方法,對其優(yōu)缺點進行歸納總結(jié),為水果果實中有機酸的檢測方法的選擇提供參考。

Abstract: Organic acids are important indicators for measuring the flavor and nutritional quality of fruits, and the analysis and determination of organic acids are of great significance for the nutritional evaluation and processing utilization of fruits. This article introduces the detection methods for organic acids in fruits, summarizes their advantages and disadvantages, and provides reference for the selection of detection methods for organic acids
in fruits.
