摘 要:蛋白質的超標攝入和不合理補充對人的腎臟、肝臟有不良影響,還容易導致痛風、肥胖等問題,所以學會從膳食中合理補充蛋白質是十分重要的。本文主要從蛋白質對人體的益處與危害兩方面,辯證分析了蛋白質攝入對人體健康的影響,并提出了膳食中合理補充蛋白質的方法,為保持人體健康提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: Excessive intake and unreasonable supplement of protein have adverse effects on human kidneys and liver, and can easily lead to gout, obesity and other problems, so it is very important to learn to supplement protein reasonably from the diet. In this paper, the effects of protein intake on human health are analyzed dialectically from the two aspects of the benefits and harms of protein, and the methods of reasonable dietary supplementation of protein are put forward to provide reference for maintaining human health.
